BELT CONVEYORS

PIPE CONVEYORS

Pipe conveyors have several advantages over traditional belt conveyors in long path applications:

• No dust dispersed into the environment;
• Cleaning costs drastically redused;
• Transfer towers not needed;
• Higher inclination angle (up to 25°);
• Possibility to pass through existing plants with horizontal nad vertical curves;
• Long life and low maintenance costs.

CHAIN CONVEYORS

Chain conveyors, also called redler, are used to convey powdered or granular material.
Our production includes horizontal, inclined or vertical conveyors single or double driving chain.

If necessary special measures will be adopted as:

• material flow limiters and tensioning springs in the extraction of dust from the bag house;
• Sealings for outdoor installation to prevent infiltration of water;
• Anti sqeak devices to minimize noise.

VIBRATING CONVEYORS

They are used as material extractors from silos and hoppers but also as EAF feeders through the 5th hole.

IES production includes two different drives type:

• Electromechanical drive with unbalanced motors. Capacity can be manually adjusted varying the mass eccentricity.
• Magnetic drive (capacity can be adjusted automatically by PLC)

APRON CONVEYORS AND FEEDERS

Used where working condition are severe:

• Wet, sticky, clayish, lumpy material
• Presence of high temperature
• As a buffer to protect downstream equipment (pe. belt conveyors)

BUCKET ELEVATORS

IES produces different type of elevators:

• Buckets installed on rubber belt conveyr type;
  The material that fall down can be recovered by a device installed in loading zone..
• Buckets intalled on carring chains.

Drive unit includes motor, hydraulic coupling, gear reducer wiyj bacstop device.

SCREW CONVEYORS

Highly versatile they offer a variety of solutions for conveying powdered or granular material in many different applications.

Material can be carried either horizontally or vertically or at required angle.

They can be used also for material dosage.

IES produces screw conveyors in pipe or in U-shaped trough with single or double screw.
