We can supply a "Project Management" service taking in charge a project from the feseability study to the startup of the new plant. Our service includes: cost and payback time estimation, scheduling, procurement, cost control, quality assurance, on-site supervision, commissioning.
MAINTENANCE
IES ordinarily performs maintenance activities in some of the major steel Works with specialized technicians. Our services include:
- Planned maintenance;
- On call emergency maintenance;
- Global Service: the maintenance of a plant is completely managed by IES. The effectiveness of the service is measured by KPI agreed with customer;
ON SITE PLANT ASSEMBLY
IES technicians have more than 20 year experience in plant erection in many places over the world.
Together with our plants we are available to assemble any kind of plant.
Based on customer drawings and thecnical specifications we can work out a precise erection plan. Plants are delivered to the customer on time defaults.
